Thanks to the addition of natural quince juice (from a grower from Kazimierz Dolny) and natural honey (from a friendly beekeeper from Warmia and Mazury), we obtained a light, low-calorie beer in the style of Fruit & Honey Ale. While retaining its beer character, it resembles summer lemonade with delicate sweetness and crisp sour quince character. The beer, despite its lightness, is full of taste, and its exceptionally refreshing character will certainly gain him supporters among both beer-loving men and women who like radlers.
