American Pale Ale is a refreshingly bitter beer with citrus and tropical fruit aromas with characteristic resinous notes. The distinctive aroma is due to American hops: chinook, cascade, citra and simcoe, which are based on a solid, malt base. Fruity esters and resinous notes refresh and emphasize the dry character of the beer. Cold hopped beer.
The term “pale ale” originated in Great Britain. In the past, it described those from English beers that were not as dark as the then popular stouts. However, during the beer revolution in the United States, pleasant, bitter beers gained popularity and the American Pale Ale style based on new wave hops developed. They give the beer characteristic citrus and resinous notes and a distinct bitterness. In this way, craft breweries distinguished themselves from large concerns.
We have been brewing APAs since 2016.
The citrus fruits present in the aroma make this beer suitable for light salads and even desserts such as fruit cakes. APA is also an excellent proposition for homemade hamburgers.

PRODUCENT - Amber
The history of the Amber Brewery dates back to 1993. It was then that we started building a brewery in Bielkówko. From the very beginning, our goal was to create a place that would be strongly associated with the region. It worked! On November 24, 1994, we brewed our first beer - Amber Green lager. And then another and another… It's not over yet! We are constantly developing, looking for new flavors, and at the same time we nurture the brewing traditions of Pomerania.
