Light yeast lager
Holiday lager is a unique beer with a characteristic aftertaste, delicate yeast taste and aroma. During bottling, fine yeast is added to the beer and directly in the bottle the beer is subjected to secondary fermentation. Beer may contain yeast lees and may be slightly cloudy when consumed.

PRODUCENT - Bernard Detail
We supply the basic raw materials for beer production ourselves. We have malt from our own malthouse in Rajhrad near Brno. We prepare it in the traditional humic way. Demanding and expensive, but most suitable for a real Czech lager. We produce our own fresh yeast directly in the brewery in Humpolec. We use water from our wells, which has ideal properties for brewing beer. The best bitterness of Czech hops gives our beer the right bitterness and aroma. The most important ingredient in Bernard beer is love and honest craftsmanship. Beer quality and good relations are more important to us than production volume and profit.
