Creating a unique beer requires not only the highest quality ingredients, but above all the craftsmanship and commitment of our brewers as well as precious time. Our beer is still made in a very similar way to how it was brewed back in the 19th century. Browar Fortuna is one of only a dozen or so breweries in Europe that use traditional open fermentation vats. Beer, after adding yeast, ferments in them as nature intended: without artificial acceleration, without being subjected to pressure or temperature. Thanks to this, the yeast is happier with us, they are not stressed, they have ideal conditions for development and, as a result, they give a unique, fresh taste and rich aroma.
