After analyzing the results of market research, a new beer was created: FORTUNA Wiśniowa. It quickly won the hearts of beer drinkers looking for intriguing flavors – FORTUNA Wiśniowa offers them notes of cherries, wine, almonds and oak. At the same time, it has excellent thirst-quenching properties.

This beer owes its unusual taste to fermentation in open vats, a long aging period and, most importantly, natural juice squeezed from cherries. The taste is noticeable fruity sourness and sweetness slightly soothing hoppy bitterness.

This joyful and refreshing beer is a tribute to the cherry fruit from the orchard, so popular in Poland.

Beer with the addition of natural fruit juice and unmalted wheat.

PRODUCENT -  Fortuna

Our philosophy is based on the use of natural raw materials of the highest quality, the use of artisanal production methods such as traditional, unhurried open fermentation. Creating a unique beer requires not only the highest quality ingredients, but above all the craftsmanship and commitment of our brewers as well as precious time. Our beer is still made in a very similar way to how it was brewed back in the 19th century. Browar Fortuna is one of only a dozen or so breweries in Europe that use traditional open fermentation vats. Beer, after adding yeast, ferments in them as nature intended: without artificial acceleration, without being subjected to pressure or temperature. Thanks to this, the yeast is happier with us, they are not stressed, they have ideal conditions for development and, as a result, they give a unique, fresh taste and rich aroma. Fortuna Brewery beers are very popular among people looking for non-mass products, brewed using traditional methods and offering a much wider range of flavors than the popularly produced "light full".
