Belgian Tripel doubly hopped cold with Nelson Sauvin hops.
This week we present another pair of beers in the Classic with a Twist series. Beer with number 10 or BELGIAN TRIPEL and 11 – DDH NELSON BELGIAN TRIPEL. The version with “twist” was very generously hopped with one of our favorite varieties straight from New Zealand, i.e. Nelson Sauvin hops. The beer in taste and aroma is full of notes of white wine, white grapes, gooseberries and tropical fruits. An ideal proposition for autumn and winter evenings. Beer has its power and content, without losing the drunkenness that the m.in has obtained. through very well hidden alcohol, prominent notes of fruit from hops, light aromas of spices in the background and balancing maltiness.
