Pure Gold is our interpretation of the Czech pils. We added rice flakes to make the beer lighter in reception, for bitterness and whirlpool we hopped with Polish Marynka. We wanted to get a strongly hopped beer with a pleasant bitterness. In the cold we threw into the hopgun the American Chinook and the Czech Saaz, which has just arrived at Polish from the fresh harvest. The aroma is malty, delicately floral, herbal, with a light pleasant fruity, hoppy profile. Rather, we do not make pils, but taking for him we wanted to make them that we like the most. Let’s shine!
