The first one is INDEPENDENCE, which we brewed in the Nepomucen Brewery. New England IPA, in which we used a blend of hops from Yakima Chief – Independence. Expect fruity, earthy, herbal and citrus notes. We turned up the citrus by adding Citra and Azacca hops.
