Grodziska APA is our vision of American Pale Ale. We brew beer on original Grodzisk yeast with an original composition of Polish hop varieties. You will discover herbal, citrus and fruit aromas as well as well-balanced bitterness. The taste is hop-malty with a delicate caramel touch, drinkable and very refreshing.

Birth of a legend Grodziskie beer is one of the oldest beers in Europe. Its name comes from the town of Grodzisk Wielkopolski, where it was born. This is the only Polish style of beer, also called by many brewers "the pride of Polish brewing". Beer brewing in Grodzisk Wielkopolski dates back to the Middle Ages.
