This time we have prepared a full full-bodied, non-transparent IPE, which was fermented with a strain of London Fog Ale. Thanks to these yeasts, the beer has acquired an opaque character and the taste and aromatic qualities of beer have been enhanced, giving it a strong fruity and hoppy aroma. The hops we used were Citra and El Dorado, which introduced aromas of citrus, mango, peach, ripe tropical fruits both in taste and aroma. A large dose of wheat and oat flakes gave the beer texture a velvety and juice character. We recommend our fruit and hop bomb!
