Top fermented beer with a deep, dark amber color with ruby reflections.
For fermentation, yeast of the Trapist strain was used, producing, in addition to ethyl alcohol, a wide range of flavor and aroma components. It also owes its unique taste to the extensive raw material composition, which is based on various barley and wheat malts, and complemented by natural caramelized sugar and spices and herbs. The warm fermentation process and the cold maturation process in the horizontal lager tanks allows to obtain beer with a complex taste and aroma.
Irreplaceable for duck, lamb and Flemish carboniferous.
