The beer was acidified on the tank with Philly Sour yeast, which gives it its characteristic acidity. Subsequently, reliable London Ale III yeast was added to the main fermentation, which contributes to lush and fruity fermentation.
To emphasize the even greater juiciness of this beer, 10% peach puree was added at the end of fermentation, which gives it an intense aroma and flavor of this fruit.
As for hops, the mandarin-coconut varieties of Sabro hops and the tropical Citra variety were added at the dry-hopping stage. These hops add distinct mandarin, coconut and tropical notes to the beer.
Finally, a little orange, tangerine and lemon puree was added to enrich the aroma and fruity taste of the beer.
