Passion Fruit DDH IMPERIAL SOUR IPA. Mega intensively hopped IMPERIAL SOUR IPA, HOPRATE 22 g/l. for which we used as many as 9 hop varieties: Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe, Kohatu, Ekuanot, Amarillo. We turned it all up with the sweet – sour nature of passion fruit.
