PINTA Sigma Acid – Sigma is an acidic interpretation of the old style “Graff”, which is a hybrid of cider and top-fermented beer. Brewed with the addition of 40% apple juice of the following varieties: Rubin, Topaz, Szara Reneta, Chopin and Alwa, selected by our friends from the cider shop “Cydr Chyliczki”.

Ingredients: water; Pilsen barley malt; juice from freshly squeezed apples of the following varieties: Rubin, Topaz, Szara Reneta, Chopin and Alwa; yeast SafAle™ US-05; SafSour™ LP 652 bacteria
