The base and aging process in the tank were the same as in the case of O B S E S S I O N. Changes appeared at the stage of the barrel. Those in which I M M E N S I T Y were aged are… Experienced
First, Heaven Hill bourbon matured in them, then maple syrup gained taste, and finally all the qualities of wood were taken over by our stout.
The taste that we obtained at this stage, we emphasized with additives. With a light hand, we assigned vanilla and maple syrup to this beer, which only conquered the characteristics obtained from the barrel. For variety, we added a fresh brew of Brazilian coffee aged in barrels of one of the beers of the PINTA Brewery… which we will tell you about in detail soon.
As a result, we obtained a balanced taste and a long, pleasant aftertaste. How do you like it at first glance?
