PINTA Happy End – our interpretation of the Sahti style debuted on December 1, 2012 under the name End of the World. In the following years, the export version was available under the name Happy End. Today, when we say goodbye to Zawiercie with this unique beer, the name End of the World – Happy End is once again extremely relevant. Sipping cold Sahti, beer unlike any other, we raise a toast to the entire crew of the Brewery in the Jura. Thank you for years of cooperation, experience, success and joint learning. Cheers!

PINTA End of the World – a dense mash slowly seeps through a layer of freshly cut juniper branches. The filtrate is not boiled, but immediately grafted with yeast thicket. After a dozen or so days, cloudy, non-carbonated and damn strong “primeval beer” can be poured into cups with a ladle. You can warm up. This is how the Finns have been brewing their Sahti for hundreds of years. This is how Sahti brewed PINTA. The end of the world. Think twice before you buy. Fermented with baker’s yeast at temp. Peaceful.

Ingredients: barley malts: pale ale, smoked barley , rye sodium; hop cones Lubelski (PL), juniper fruits, baker’s yeast.

Recommended cuisine: cheese (blue, cheddar), marinated herring on rye bread, hare.

In the unanimous opinion, the beer revolution in Poland began on March 28, 2011 - on that day we brewed the first portion of Atak Chmielu. Over the years, as the PINTA Brewery, we have brewed over 200 completely different beers - in friendly breweries in Poland, Europe, South America, Japan and New Zealand. Since mid-2019, we have been brewing in our own brewery, which we built from scratch in Wieprz, in the Beskid Żywiecki. We have a great crew on site and the best craft beer brewing equipment. Every year we use more than a hundred different varieties of malts, hops, yeasts and bacteria - to make every new PINTA beer unique. There is no boredom! Grzesiek, Marek, Ziemek.
