A raw classic for a strong start.
The base of this beer is a purebred, roasted, slightly chocolate stout. No sweets or additives.
Thanks to 12 hours of cooking, we managed to achieve the aromas and flavors of toffee, burnt sugar and molasses.
The Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel not only brought the obvious and desirable vanilla, but also visibly strengthened the chocolate and conquered the coconut note. The taste is dominated by caramel, dark chocolate, coffee and strong flammability – can you feel?
What is important, we do not turn away from the alcoholic claw in this beer. Obsession, is not and was not intended to be a session beer, but a tasting, warming position, with a palpable, noble alcohol.
