PINTA Oto Mata IPA 14° – year, 2013, March. When cherries bloomed in Japan, we in Poland fermented the first portion of Oto Mata IPA. Using rice, very light malt and hops from the Antipodes, we have created a beer that is subtle in appearance, lStrong in character. This is how we imagine Japan. This is PINTA Here is the IPA Mat.
Formula: Ziemowit Fałat.
Composition: water, barley malt: pilsen, Carapils®, rice flakes; hops: Mosaic™ (USA), Waimea, Dr. Rudi, Green Bullet; yeast Safale™ US-05.
Recommended cuisine: salted peanuts, curry, roast beef.
