Produced in original technology according to the recipe of brewer František Bittner using well water, semi-dry Satu Mare red wine and the highest quality malt, with fermentation and cold maturation in lager cellars, carved in the Margla massif. Their constant humidity and temperature guarantee the constant and individual character of traditional Polička beer.
