Polski Pale Ale
Typical English, but characterized by amber color, mild bitterness and full malty content. Carefully selected hops give the beer the aroma of resins, roses, grapefruit peel and gooseberry. The intense onset of bitterness after drinking is gradually replaced by a more dry malt flavor with notes of caramel and dried fruit. The beer is complemented by color from dark amber to navy blue and delicate silky foam.
Malts: Pilsner, wheat, Munich, caramel, oats
