The last and at the same time the strongest beer from a series of classic Belgian styles, which we brewed as part of the “Belgian triptych” of Three Buddies.
Deep copper, with a multidimensional aroma derived from the work of Belgian yeast and a rich composition of malts. The smell of smoked plums, raisins, but also dried cherries and apricots is intertwined with aromas of port and cherry. As the beer warms up, you can recognize more and more wine characteristics in it, both in taste and aroma.
In order not to end the tasting prematurely, we recommend drinking in small sips. It is very strong.
