BezalkØ.Ø Tropical Sour Ale was created with no shortcuts – we used brewing ingredients, prepared for our special order of pulps and fruit juices, as well as fresh citrus peels that were prepared on site in the brewery.
This is a rare case of zero alcohol craft beer, so it is an ideal choice for people who want to give up any percentages altogether.
In addition, as always with us, we did not use additional sugars and sweeteners, as well as artificial, “identical to natural” or “natural” flavors.
The beer is mildly acidic, without bends in either direction. We added mango, passion fruit and white guava, and the freshness of the aroma is emphasized by the peels of citrus fruits: orange, grapefruit and lemon. The bitterness is low, with a grapefruit profile, present only as a gentle closure of the whole.

Our approach is very simple. This is how we started and this is how we will always brew. Beer is always in the first place for us - it must be of the highest quality. Brewed without haste, carefully thought out and refined. Without any flaws. Exactly what we would like to drink ourselves. Our ambition is to boast world-class beer. How do we do it? First of all, we use the best quality ingredients - excellent malt, super aromatic and maximum fresh hops from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
