SOJU CHUM CHURUM BERRY

Soju is a Korean distilled alcoholic beverage.
The drink is made from rice, potatoes, wheat, barley, sweet potatoes or tapioca.
Soju contains between 20 and 45% alcohol.
Produced by Jinro’s company, Soju turned out to be a real hit in 2011, becoming the best-selling alcohol in the world.
Korean Soju resembles moonshine a bit, but it is tastier and weaker.
Soju can be added to beer (usually in half-and-half proportions).
In Korea, mixing alcohols has its own ritual.
First, beer is poured into the mug, then soju.
Then a metal stick is put into the mug and vigorously hit the bottom to create foam and mix the drinks.
Contrary to appearances, this is not an easy task and requires practice.
