The Idiot is our first Russian Imperial Stout and it’s exactly what we wanted it to be – complex, strong, but at the same time smooth, oily and super drinkable. The aroma and taste of this beer is a tangle equal to the complexity of Russian history: coffee, chocolate, toffee, licorice, nuts, molasses, undergrowth, dark dried fruits, and for good measure, hoppy resinity.
We recommend drinking in small sips with caution.
Ingredients: Water, barley malts, wheat malt, oatmeal, rye malt, hops, yeast.
