Our original red Nuremberg beer harks back to the beginnings of the Nuremberg brewing craft and is brewed according to a traditional recipe. Each of the four types of malt brews our red beer as a whole beer and strong beer.
Delicately aged in oak barrels. After the storage period, our master brewers decide exclusively with the help of sensor technology whether and above all which strong beer aged in a wooden barrel can be combined with a full beer. The result is a balanced yet extremely lively, red beer of a special kind!
