Cantina Falcone 70 Falanghina Puglia is a dry white wine from the Pulgia region of Italy. This wine is made exclusively from Falanghina grapes, grown on medium-grained, stony soil in a hilly area. Rational winemaking techniques are used to produce this wine, during which the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in steel silos. Falanghina Cantine Falcone has a greenish or light straw color and gives off floral scents, as well as aromas of herbs and yellow flesh. The wine is aromatic, structured and semi-dry in taste. This wine tastes best in the first year after production and is particularly suitable as an accompaniment to appetizers, fish and gourmet dishes.
