ARTEZAN IN MY ROOM IS A MONSTER Hazy is a true artisanal work of brewing that is full of creativity and unique flavor combinations. When creating this beer, they decided to use special yeast that releases intense fruit aromas, creating an unforgettable taste experience.
Let’s start with malt mashing, where the Styrian Goldings variety was used. This provides the beer with a solid malt base that harmonizes perfectly with the fruity notes. Then, in the whirlpooling process, Incognito Sabro was used, which added characteristic tropical and coconut aromas to the beer.
But the real flavor explosions occurred during fermentation and cooling. For this, Citra Cryo and Sabro were used, which provided intense aromas of grapefruit, guava and mandarin. These citrus fruits blend perfectly with each other, creating a layered flavor palette that will revive your palate.

The first Polish craft brewery. We started our brewing adventure with brewing in the kitchen. In 2012, we decided that homemade pots were not enough for us. We built the brewhouse in Natolin ourselves, reworking equipment and tanks imported from Germany. Quite quickly it turned out that the Natolin brewery is too small for us. In 2015, we moved to Błonie, occupying one of the halls of the former Mera-Błonie precision mechanics plant, where we still work today. Our beers, such as Pacific, Czarna Wołga and Mera, are classics of Polish craft brewing. We try to brew them regularly, but the magic of the craft world lies in the constant search for new interesting flavors and constant experiments. That is why we produce dozens of premieres a year.
