Grinding for bitterness: Citra. Hopping on whirlpool: Chinook, Ekuanot, Mosaic Incognito, Simcoe. Cold hopping: Centenial, Chinook, Citra, Ekuanot, Mosaic, Simcoe. The hopping is at the level of 24 g/l
