This is the #6 Banger in a series of seasoned California New Wave IPAs. We hoped six with a mix of old-school and new-school hops, this time we have as many as nine. So in turn they are Azacca, Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Ekuanot, Idaho #7, Summit and Warrior. So we have here high bitterness combined with high fermentation responsible for the dryness of beer and the whole spectrum of citrus-resinous nuances.
Malts: Pilsen malt, pale ale malt, dextrin malt, glucose. Bitter hops: Warrior. Chmielenie Hopstand: Summit. Hops on Whirlpool: Chinook; Centennial; Columbus; Ekuanot. Cold hopping: Azacca; Amarillo; Ekuanot; Idaho #7. Hopping is at the level of 20 g/l.
