This Modern West Coast IPA-style beer is a real treat for lovers of beers with a distinct hoppy and bitter character, but fermented with lager yeast, which can give it extra clarity and purity.
You’ll get an extremely low-calorie beer that’s both dry and rich in flavor. The addition of Polish hops Amora Preta and German varieties Mandarina Bavaria and Callista on the warm side of the hopping process provides exceptional aromas of fruit, spices and citrus.
On the other hand, dry hopping with the use of a set of Amora Preta, Callista, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, Idaho #7 and Strata adds an even more complex aroma and flavor to the beer. You can expect notes of tropical fruits, citrus, herbal accents, and a slight resinous bitterness.
This beer is an excellent choice for those who appreciate beers with an intense aromatic profile and hoppy character. By using different varieties of hops at different stages of the brewing process, you will get a beer with a distinct taste and aroma.
