We have for you an overclocked version of the Reaper of Minds, which offers what the base plus a few extra sensations, which we write about below.
This incarnation was aged on two types of flakes from American oak barrels macerated in bourbon (medium toast and heavy toast), a double dose of vanilla from Madagascar and additionally on cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast. We used great coffee from Hard Beans Coffee Roasters Guatemala Finca El Oregano, which brings notes of cherry, plum and sweetness of molasses to the beer.
We suggest tasting two editions and see how the additions tweaked this variant.
Zero aromas and 100% kraft in the preparation of ingredients, which was burdened with many hours of work.
