In the Velvet Underground we focused on an eclectic mix of hops Cashmere, HBC 630 Cryo, Sabro, Sabro Incognito, Strata, Talus Cryo. This blend combined with a strain of yeast that gives banana esters creates a thick, velvety hop cocktail. The label evokes one of Andy Warhol’s most famous works, which graced the album The Velvet Underground and Nico. So we encourage you to go down to the Velvet Underground in such heat.
Malts: Pilsen malt, oat malt, wheat malt, oatmeal, wheat flakes, dextrin malt. Hopping on whirlpool: HBC 630, Sabro Incognito. Cold hops: Cashmere, HBC 630 Cryo, Sabro, Strata, Talus Cryo.
