Dark beer, fresh, Benedictine Weissbier Dark is brewed with traditional methods to create an exciting taste that remains on the palate. Intense color, sweet smell and delicate bitter aroma create a characteristic taste sensation. Stimulating dark wheat beer that is full of intensity and leaves a pleasant, lasting aftertaste.
Appearance: Slightly opaque, like dark honey, with a durable creamy foam with very fine bubbles.
Aroma: Malty-sweet notes of dark honey and caramel permeated with intense aromas of roasted chestnuts, bitter sage and vermouth.
Taste: The taste is bitter and fresh, with intense malty sweetness contrasting with delicate tingling and marked sparkling nature. Pleasant, exciting flavors of bitter aromas remain on the palate after each taste, including sage, vermouth and hops.
