HUPPENDORFER VOLLBIER

A full beer from the Grasser brewery is rightly one of the classics of the Bamberg region. He is the embodiment of the excellent Franconian lager.

In a glass of copper-golden, clearly filtered beer creeps confidently towards us. The compact, slightly coloured foam gives off a multifaceted smell of grass and straw, but also of white bread, honey, nuts and biscuits. This variety keeps in the drink and delights with its initial sweetness, which goes into caramel and bread notes. In the aroma shortcrust cake, Brazil nuts and figs, until a full beer ending with a long aftertaste with a slight hint of honey and subtle bitterness.
