Cerna Hora 12 Velen is a Czech pale wheat beer unfiltered, pasteurized, produced by the top fermentation method. Turbidity at the bottom of the bottle is its natural feature. The beer has a honey color (approaching orange) and a high, hearty, white foam, which is quickly reduced. The fragrance is pleasant, with notes of bananas, cloves and citrus, with a yeast background and a hoppy touch. The taste is crisp, sour, typically wheat with notes of fruit and distinct hop bitterness. Intensive saturation of CO2.
