Szara i Złota Reneta are unique ciders produced according to traditional methods, taking advantage of the long-term experience used in the production of sparkling grape wines. Their creation is based only on freshly pressed juice from selected apples, without any additives such as water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.
The production process of these ciders includes slow fermentation which takes about 3 months. During this time, the naturally contained sugars in apple juice are converted into alcohol and delicate carbon dioxide thanks to carefully selected yeast.
After the bottling and capping stage, the cider goes through another stage of refermentation inside the bottle. During this period, lasting for about half a year, the cider matures, acquiring a fuller taste and characteristic aroma.
It is worth noting that this cider is unpasteurized and unfiltered, which emphasizes its authenticity and preservation of natural properties. This means that the presence of small deposits or turbidity is possible, which is a valuable feature of the drink.

Cider Smykan is the work of the four founders of the Slow Flow Group. Wyspowy, as the name refers, is created in the Beskid Wyspowy in the agritourism of the Lorków family - Koziarnia. For the production of this cider, apple juice from old apple varieties - ruby, melanoza, eliza and champion was used. The cider is dry, undergoes double fermentation (the second takes place in the bottle), is unpasteurized and naturally cloudy.
