Deer Facto is a beer that was created thanks to the unique cooperation of two craft breweries, Deer Bear and De Facto. It is a beer in the style of Stout, which is distinguished by its unusual composition and unique character.
The main ingredient of this beer is rye malt, which makes up the majority of the backfill. As a result, Deer Facto has an intense, full flavor structure and a slightly higher density than traditional Stouts. Rye malt adds a characteristic grainy and slightly spicy note to the beer.
However, what sets Deer Facto apart is the addition of fresh pine shoots. These aromatic ingredients give the beer a unique, forest taste and smell. You can expect distinct woody, resinous and coniferous accents that perfectly harmonize with the chocolate and roasted notes characteristic of the Stout style.
