We continue to discover new varieties of yeast and hops in our Hopnytized range, and with Kveik IPA we let a special strain of Kveik yeast shine.
Originally used for the fermentation of farmhouse beer in Scandinavia, Kveik strains have proven to be excellent yeast for IPA-style beers.
Our Kveik IPA is full of Idaho-7, Citra and Sabro Cryo hops.
