Summer may be over, but the fruit season is not! We decided to start a series of turbo-fruit acids that will flood your palate and make you love us even more.
The first of the series beer contains: RASPBERRIES, CHERRIES, BLACK CURRANTS AND BLUEBERRIES. In total, about 350 kilograms of fruit jumped into the tank. This is how a thick, mega-fruity juice was created, which has 9% alcohol, and is drunk lightly like a compote. However, the effects are much better.
Ingredients:
Malt: barley, wheat
Hops: Ahtanum
Yeast: WLP067 Coastal Haze Ale
Extras: raspberry, cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant, lactose
Acidified with bacteria: l. Plantarum and l. Rhamnosus

The Plant Brewery is located in Poniatowa (approx. 40 km from Lublin). It was built in a building that previously belonged to the Predom – EDA plant complex, producing, among others, household appliances. The plants operated from 1937 to 1998. For the last few years, there was a printing house inside. Then the building was empty. Time has left its mark on him. The brewery creates new wave beers, also referred to as craft or craft beers. In many cases, these are liquors with the use of American hops, which give a characteristic aroma and taste.
