Fortuna brewery set – It’s Better Being Together
It owes its unique taste and aroma to the composition of roasted malt and natural juice from ripe plums. After pouring into pokala, it captivates with a plum aroma with accents of Madeira and raisins, broken with notes of roasted malt. The taste is noticeable delicate, fruity sourness balanced with pleasant sweetness, at the end complemented by light hoppy bitterness.
Fortuna Śliwkowa is a bottom-fermented beer, brewed using natural raw materials in open, traditional vats. Long aging. Over time, a slight turbidity may appear, resulting from the presence of natural plum juice.

Creating a unique beer requires not only the highest quality ingredients, but above all the craftsmanship and commitment of our brewers as well as precious time.
