Our West Coast series has taken on a life of its own – we don’t even know when we managed to release almost 10 different beers as part of it. And very well – we like to brew them, drink them and come up with names for them.
WE TREATED IT WAS A GOOD DAY with large quantities of Belma, El Dorado and Citra varieties, so expect notes of tropical fruit, melon, orange and even strawberries. And, of course, high bitterness and dryness, as in West Coast IPA.
