The Triumph variety has been grown for 20 years in the state of Oregon. Since 2019, it has been gaining more and more popularity, due to the high content of Linalool, responsible for the sweet, fruity taste and aroma reminiscent of stone fruits and citrus.
The hops we used for the latest New England IPA come from the Heritage farm located near Portland.
