This time in our Californian series a bit more new wave reference, but old-school beer as you look at it – dry, strongly bitter West Coast IPA, hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Comet varieties.
The style from which it all began. West Coast IPA – light body, clearly marked bitterness and dry finish. This time, to the proven duo of Citra and Simcoe, we added Comet, bringing grapefruit aromas.
