India Pale Ale – beer dominated by hops. Thanks to multi-stage hopping, including cold hopping, we obtained a strong bitterness and an intense citrus-fruit aroma. Polish and American hops.

Our beers are made in a completely natural way – they are unfiltered, unpasteurized, refermented and aged in a bottle. The sediment at the bottom is the result of repeated fermentation – thanks to this historical method, the beer not only retains freshness longer, but gains a deeper taste and carbonation.

Serve beer at temp. about 8 degrees. Pour into the glass, leaving approx. 0.5 cm of beer.
