Together with ReCraft Brewery we brewed Mexican Gose.
“Gringo” is a term for a person of beauty characteristic of the countries of the north, common for tourists in South America.
Just like in the case of our brewery, which came to Upper Silesia to admire the industriality of the region.
This combination resulted in a beer inspired by the German style of GOSE, i.e. light wheat with a brackish aftertaste and aroma of coriander, but with a Mexican twist – lime, agave, to resemble good tequila.
When the mythical Griffin, an animal most often depicted with the body of a lion and the head and wings of an eagle, came to Upper Silesia and saw drownings and baboki, he shouted: but Mexico!

The history of our brewery began in 2013 with the brewing of the first brew, awarded today, Milkołak. Since 2016, we have been operating as a ReCraft brewery.
