COYPU PARADOX Subzero West Coast IPA is a light, pasteurized and unfiltered liquor. It’s a nod to those who miss the times when IPAs were synonymous with pronounced bitterness. This beer is characterized by a distinct scent of forest and pine, thanks to American hop varieties, and intense grape notes that come from SubZero Hop Kief from Nelson Sauvin hops. The result is a short but distinct resinous bitterness. This is a classic representation of old nursery IPAs.
