in our tribute to Grodzisk beer – the only Polish beer style. The original hillfort is a very light, very light smoked wheat beer. In our interpretation, we tried to faithfully reproduce all its most important features, omitting alcohol content. Smoke is an imperial version – Grodzisz for the winter, when we are more willing to reach for more substantial beers.
