The Daughter of Corinth is weizenbock, a strong wheat in which the smell of toasted malts blends perfectly with the aroma of cloves and bananas as well as dark fruits (plums, raisins and grapes) obtained thanks to top fermentation. Gentian delicate, gives way to a definite malt-bread character and a note of wheat.
