Unusual Christmas beer from the Na Jurze brewery is a dark Ale with the addition of buckwheat honey, chilli and cocoa. The aroma consists mainly of very clear, multidimensional enriched chocolate and a hint of cocoa and heavy, dark honey. The taste surprises with high sweetness, but after a while we get a slight warming up in the esophagus characteristic of hot peppers. The whole is well composed and fits perfectly for Christmas! It is best served in pokalu or Sniffter glass.
