Extremely interesting combination. A beer that combines the tropical nature of new wave hops, bright maltiness, sourness from lactic fermentation and the addition of lemon juice and the characteristic bitterness from Dandelion. The beer is incredibly complex and well balanced. The hops used are: Columbus, Cascade, Citra and Mosaic. Despite the content of as much as 9.5% alcohol, the beverage is light in reception and even refreshing thanks to its pronounced acidity.
